Job description

TEKsystems has multiple needs for Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (LN) funtional analysts for a new implementation project. This role will be focused in the Finance modules. Role can sit remote but would require 1 week a month travel to Colorado. Role can also be a W2 contract for 2 years or possibly a perm 2 year role pending preference.

For a new Infor ERP implementation, our client is seeking an experienced Finance, Compliance & Order-to-Cash Functional Analyst to support, configure, and maintain financial, costing, compliance, and order-to-cash modules within Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (LN). This is a functional support role responsible for ensuring end users can effectively execute accounting, period-close, audit, and order-to-cash processes through correct configuration and guidance. You will be the primary subject matter expert for all finance, compliance, and order-to-cash modules, including general ledger, payables, receivables, costing, financial reporting, sales orders, pricing, and billing, providing user support, system setup, and technical solution documentation.

Key Responsibilities

โ€ข Configure and maintain CSIE modules for GL, AP, AR, Cost Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Order-to-Cash (sales orders, pricing, fulfillment, and billing).

โ€ข Provide functional user support and troubleshooting for finance, order-to-cash, posting, and reporting issues.

โ€ข Investigate financial postings, cost variances, intercompany flows, and order-to-cash and revenue recognition flows to ensure accuracy and proper configuration.

โ€ข Support period close, audit evidence, and SoD and compliance reviews in partnership with the business.

โ€ข Maintain technical solution and configuration documentation, and collaborate with Super Users and SMEs on end-user training materials and SOPs across the Finance, Compliance, and Order-to-Cash domains.

โ€ข Partner with the ERP Admin and Developers to test patches, releases, and finance and order-to-cash reporting enhancements.

โ€ข Manage support cases with Infor for Finance, Compliance, and Order-to-Cash incidents.

Required Qualifications

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.

โ€ข 3+ years of direct module ownership in Infor CSIE Finance, Costing, or Order-to-Cash.

โ€ข 5 to 8 years ERP experience supporting general ledger, payables, receivables, costing, and order-to-cash functions.

โ€ข Solid understanding of accounting principles, cost accounting, inter-site transactions, and order-to-cash and revenue recognition flows.

โ€ข Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities for functional issues.

โ€ข Excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Certifications

โ€ข Infor Certified LN Finance Consultant (preferred, not required)

โ€ข Infor Certified CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (LN) Associate (preferred, not required)

Reporting & Work Environment

โ€ข Reports to: Business Systems Manager

โ€ข Works closely with: Supply Chain / Warehouse / Procurement Analyst, Manufacturing / Projects / Service Analyst, ERP Platform Admin, Developer / Integration Engineer, Finance, Customer Service, and Internal Audit.

โ€ข Location: Remote, Hybrid, or onsite in Colorado.

โ€ข Schedule: Primarily business hours with occasional after-hours testing or cutovers.
