Job Title: Senior Sourcing Analyst Type: Contract Compensation: $50-58/hr Work Model: Remote Hours: 8am-5pm EST

Overview Join a collaborative, innovation-driven medical technology organization where you'll lead strategic sourcing initiatives that directly support the development of cutting-edge products. In this remote contract role, you'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to negotiate supplier agreements, manage complex procurement projects, and drive cost, quality, and delivery improvements while leveraging your expertise in supplier management, project leadership, and advanced financial analysis.

Responsibilities • Negotiate favorable terms, volume discounts, and long-term contracts with suppliers • Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for the procurement of custom engineered products • Acquire and maintain understanding of technology trends, market forces, cost trends, and supplier technology road maps • Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy • Discuss defects and delivery problems with suppliers and negotiate refunds • Lead project development and project plans that define scope, timeline, budget, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations • Provide technical guidance and direction within area of specialization • Analyze and evaluate complex or dynamic material, filtering, prioritizing, and validating information
