Role Overview

The Associate Director, CSH Contract Operations is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end contract lifecycle management process, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. This role reports to the Senior Director, Contract Operations - LUSA Consumer Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and standardize contract lifecycle processes, including creation, review, approval, and renewal
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align contract terms with business needs
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate policies across all contract activities
  • Monitor and analyze contract performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Procurement to resolve contract-related issues and support strategic sourcing initiatives

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

$127,500 - $187,000

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
