Contract Telehealth BCBA

Position Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Contract Telehealth

Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Location: Remote / Telehealth

Schedule: Flexible, based on client needs and availability

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide telehealth ABA services to clients and their families. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise implementation, monitor client progress, and provide caregiver training through secure virtual platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral evaluations remotely.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and clinical oversight of behavior technicians, as applicable.
  • Analyze client data and modify interventions based on progress.
  • Deliver parent and caregiver training through telehealth sessions.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and applicable state regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed.
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Active Oklahoma ABA License
  • Experience providing ABA services via telehealth preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and private workspace.
  • 8-hour supervision training based on the BACB Supervisor Training Curriculum Outline (2.0)
  • If you reside outside of Oklahoma, you must be within 50 miles of the border for billing purposes

Preferred Skills

Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth platforms. Ability to engage families and caregivers in virtual settings.
