Position Overview:

The Contract Specialist will assist Entrust's Contracts group in efficiently managing contract creation, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance. The Contract Specialist will perform the responsibilities detailed below and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and delivery of new and renewal service contract offerings

  • Reviews contracts and sales order forms for completeness and accuracy and verify terms and conditions have been submitted and approved

  • Accurately enters data to completely book each order that contains a contract

  • Prepare invoices for maintenance on a timely basis for customer

  • Full understanding of contract database management, contract updating, processing of credits

  • Coordinate with finance staff to ensure proper billing and collection of contractual revenue

  • Partner with business peers daily to build and maintain relationships

  • Perform a wide range of activities associated with contract analysis and review

  • Engage with business team to increase maintenance renewal rate and improve reporting

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years relevant work experience

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization for US.

  • Strong PC skills with demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience in Oracle

  • Experience with Quicksight Reports

  • Written Communication Skills

  • Able to resolve a wide range of issues

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Compensation Range:


The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $61,950-$90,860 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company's discretionary annual incentive plan. In addition to your pay, Entrust offers eligible colleagues and their dependents comprehensive health and well-being programs which include medical, vision, dental, a generous 401(k) matching contribution, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid personal time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave and education reimbursement.
