What You'll Do:

- Write original copy for promotional campaigns across email, social, paid media, and web
- Develop product-focused messaging that clearly communicates credit card benefits, rewards, fees, and terms
- Create customer-facing content for cardholder education, account management, and lifecycle communication
- Craft short-form and long-form copy tailored to different audiences and channels
- Collaborate with designers and product teams to ensure copy and creative direction align
- Ensure all copy meets financial regulatory standards
- Maintain brand voice consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Partner with Legal & Compliance to flag regulatory considerations before launch
- Balance marketing persuasion with clear disclosure of terms, rates, and limitations
- Incorporate feedback from Legal, Marketing, and Product teams quickly and professionally
- Manage multiple projects on parallel timelines with tight deadlines
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of professional copywriting experience specifically in credit card, financial services, or fintech
- Proven ability to write copy across email, paid media, social, and web
- Deep understanding of credit card products, benefits, rewards structures, fees, and consumer psychology
- Strong editorial skills: command of grammar, tone, clarity, and brand consistency
- Working knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory requirements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with overlapping campaigns and promotional calendars
- Portfolio demonstrating credit card or financial services copy
