Yellow Brick Road Consulting LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. • Establish a trusting and therapeutic relationship with clients, tailoring your approach to their unique needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing DSM-5 criteria.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the specific goals, circumstances, and preferences of each client.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Monitor and document client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to patient care, referring clients to additional specialists when necessary.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and family dynamics. You will have the opportunity to work with clients of all ages, helping them navigate personal struggles and facilitating healthier coping mechanisms. The focus on family systems therapy will allow you to address not just the individual, but also the relational factors influencing mental health.

• Must hold an active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated experience providing individual and/or group therapy, ideally within a clinical setting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle a caseload effectively while managing administrative tasks.

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy techniques.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
