Work Environment

This position is designed to be remote, allowing flexibility while remaining deeply connected to our Hospice Center operations. Our typical work schedule runs Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, though occasional evening shifts and weekend rotations may arise. Your role may also require on-call availability to address urgent mental health needs as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:
