As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Healthcare Services Caring Connections, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of students' mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Providing individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, aiming to enhance students' coping strategies and emotional resilience.
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to create a supportive environment for students.
• Participating in the orientation and training of new staff members upon request, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional development.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as organizational policies.
• Staying informed about best practices in social work and attending continuing education sessions for professional growth.

You will work primarily with a diverse population of school-aged children and adolescents, focusing on their psychological and social needs. This role requires a keen understanding of the challenges students face, including anxiety, depression, and social pressures, ensuring you are equipped to provide effective support. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted state-specific licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and adherence to ethical practice standards.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and compassionately to students, parents, and colleagues.
• Basic proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Strongly preferred qualifications include:

• At least three years of direct experience in outpatient counseling, specifically within a school or educational environment.
• A background in working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes.
• Experience with telehealth services and knowledge of the unique challenges associated with remote therapy delivery.
