American Trucking Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Chicago-based virtual team. This is strictly a desk-side, administrative role focused on corporate hiring support, not field operations. You will manage warm candidate leads and application inquiries in a structured, high-support environment.

Compensation & Work Structure

This position offers a predictable weekly earnings range of $1,000 to $2,000, disbursed on a 1099 independent contractor basis. Payment is consistent and tied to your screening and onboarding completions.

What You Will Do Each Day
  • Conduct phone-based screenings with pre-qualified candidates who have already expressed interest through our inbound channels.
  • Accurately log all candidate interactions and progress milestones into our web-based CRM platform.
  • Walk selected candidates through a remote onboarding sequence, verifying documentation and system access.
