This position provides the convenience of a remote work environment, allowing for flexible scheduling with core hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. • Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments that accurately capture the unique experiences of each patient, leading to tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting techniques to meet the cultural and personal backgrounds of clients.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for discussions around mental health concerns and supporting patients in building resilience.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to deliver coordinated care, ensuring comprehensive treatment for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating strong decision-making skills to promptly address urgent issues.

• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and pertinent community resources that can enhance their quality of life.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, contributing to the integrity of our patient records.

• Engage in case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training to continuously improve service delivery and team collaboration.

• Stay updated on current research and best practices in the mental health field, particularly concerning cultural considerations.

Your role will involve assisting individuals from various backgrounds, including ethnic and cultural minorities, LGBTQ+ communities, and immigrant populations. By addressing unique challenges faced by these groups, you will play an integral part in fostering inclusive, effective mental health care and promoting long-term well-being.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid license as an LCSW, LCPC, LP, or LMFT in the state of Nevada.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and the significance of cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy using culturally responsive methodologies.

• Strong skills in crisis intervention, maintaining composure and professionalism in demanding situations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a track record of building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and modern computer applications.

• Commitment to ethical guidelines, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.

• Ability to function seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team while contributing unique insights.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, particularly within an outpatient setting, is preferred.

• Proven history of employing culturally sensitive approaches in therapy may enhance your application.

The salary range for this position is competitive, set at USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
