Job Description:

We Are Seeking an experienced Unifier & Web Services Administrator to support the administration, maintenance, enhancement, and modernization of enterprise project management and web-based applications. This role is responsible for maintaining Oracle Primavera Unifier environments, supporting business process configurations, developing and maintaining web applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Oracle Primavera Unifier, Microsoft development technologies, web services, and relational databases, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

·         Administer, maintain, and support Oracle Primavera Unifier (version 26.6 and higher).

·         Configure and maintain business processes, data views, user-defined reports, and BI custom print templates.

·         Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application configuration issues while providing ongoing system support.

·         Assist application administrators with first-level user support and technical issue resolution.

·         Maintain and enhance existing ASP and ASP.NET applications supporting enterprise reservation and project management systems.

·         Design, develop, and implement a new web-based reservation application integrated with Oracle Primavera Unifier.

·         Upgrade existing applications from .NET Core 8 to .NET Core 10 while ensuring application stability and performance.

·         Develop, maintain, and support web applications using C#, ASP.NET, Blazor, Razor Pages, and .NET technologies.

·         Develop and optimize Oracle SQL and MySQL database queries, stored procedures, and data integrations.

·         Configure, administer, and troubleshoot IIS and Windows Server environments.

·         Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, administrators, and technical teams to deliver application enhancements and system improvements.

·         Produce and maintain technical documentation, application configurations, and system support documentation.

·         Participate in application testing, system patching, deployments, and off-hours maintenance activities as needed.

·         Provide knowledge transfer, cross-training, and technical guidance to internal team members.

·         Ensure applications follow security, performance, and organizational best practices.

Required Skills:

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

·         Extensive experience administering Oracle Primavera Unifier (version 26.6 or higher).

·         Advanced experience developing applications with .NET Framework and .NET Core.

·         Expert-level proficiency with C# development.

·         Advanced experience with ASP.NET, Blazor, and Razor Pages.

·         Strong experience developing and supporting Oracle SQL and MySQL databases.

·         Experience maintaining and upgrading enterprise web applications.

·         Strong knowledge of IIS administration and web application hosting.

·         Experience supporting Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022, and 2025).

·         Ability to identify and resolve application configuration and performance issues.

·         Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience with Drupal 10 or Drupal 11 Content Management System (CMS).

·         Experience integrating web applications with Oracle Primavera Unifier.

·         Experience upgrading enterprise applications between .NET Core versions.

·         Knowledge of web services, APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
