  • Tier Management: Understand and debug all application layers, including the User Interface (UI), API, and Database.

  • Database Stability: Assist in maintaining database accuracy and stability, identifying and fixing resource bottlenecks to optimize performance.

  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system inefficiencies and programming bugs across various sites and platforms.

Security & Best Practices

  • Cybersecurity: Proactively secure applications against hacking vulnerabilities and modern security threats.

  • Standard Guidance: Adhere to and advocate for industry best practices and standard architectural guidance.

  • Continuous Learning: Maintain a high level of technical mastery in all applicable programming languages and database formats.

Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Stakeholder Relations: Own and manage relationships with business stakeholders, effectively communicating technical progress to all levels of the organization.

  • Technical Mentorship: Act as a go-to resource for other developers, providing input, advice, and technical mentorship to elevate the team’s output.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience & Education

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Information System Analysis.

  • Backend Expertise: 3+ years of experience with ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework, C#, RESTful Services, and SQL Server.

  • Frontend Proficiency: Solid experience with AngularJS, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

Core Competencies

  • Analytical Problem Solving: Ability to identify resource bottlenecks and fix complex system inefficiencies.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to work effectively with people at all levels and manage stakeholder expectations directly.

  • Reliability: Strong documentation skills and a disciplined approach to creating and modifying both routine and complex code.
