Job Title
CRM Systems Administrator (remote potential)
Position Purpose
The CRM Administrator is responsible for implementing and maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) software and related systems to provide a user-friendly experience for students and the backend functionality required by Admissions and Marketing staff, while helping to supply the data needs of management and senior leadership.
Essential Duties Summary
  • Maintain and manage the configuration of CRM software
  • Conduct change reviews to analyze the impact and proposed configuration changes and mitigate risk
  • Analyze business processes and design solutions using existing software platforms
  • Troubleshoot errors related to the CRM and integrations with other systems
  • Train users on how to use the CRM software
  • Create user accounts and manage access to the CRM
  • Create and modify dashboards, reports, forms, and email templates
  • Create and update documentation of data flows, processes, and procedures
  • Measure and maintain data quality in the CRM
  • Maintain email deliverability by monitoring domain reputation and overseeing mass-mailing practices
  • Add or update content in validation tables in accordance with planned changes
  • Automate routine processes like data uploads
  • Create and modify lead assignment rules and other automation workflows

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT-related field. Other majors will be considered with demonstrated technical experience
  • 3+ years' related experience
  • Ability to understand complex IT systems
  • Knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Solid troubleshooting skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes in priorities and tasks
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks and requests
