Job description:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Lead Engineer specializing in Adobe Experience Platform (AXP) to drive the implementation and optimization of digital marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and proven experience in customer segmentation strategies. This role will lead technical efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure best practices in data management and personalized customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the technical lead for all AXP initiatives, focusing on AJO and CJA implementation and integration.
  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced customer segmentation models leveraging AXP capabilities.
  • Architect solutions to ingest, process, and activate data across multiple digital channels.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable platform solutions.
  • Drive the development and optimization of customer journeys, campaigns, and analytics dashboards.
  • Mentor and guide engineering team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Ensure data governance, privacy, and compliance standards are met throughout all platform activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and integration issues.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level digital marketing or analytics platforms.
  • 3+ years of direct experience with Adobe Experience Platform, including AJO and CJA.
  • Strong expertise in building and managing customer segmentation strategies.
  • Solid understanding of marketing technologies, data privacy, and customer data management.
  • Experience with platform integration (CRM, Contact Center, CMS, CDP, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Platform credentials.
  • Experience with additional Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD best practices.
