This position is available to be filled at any Huntington Corporate Office location.

Digital Storefrontis responsible for achievingaccount, balance, and fee revenue growth fordigitally offeredproductsand understanding the customer experience to drive relationship deepening. SeniorDecision Analysts areresponsible forleading the development ofreporting & insightsonHuntington Bank's portfoliosandfacilitateeffective decision making.

You will need to become an expert in providing data support and analysis to help define strategy and tactics to meet portfolio goals. In this role, you will be partnering with leadership and product managersand using the following skills:

  • Critical thinking, to come up with the right questions to ask or problems to be solved.
  • Ability to define the data necessary to build strategy, solve a problem, or make a recommendation.
  • Ability to quickly learn about our data environment to source data and query large datasets across multiple databases.
  • Analyze the results of queries to create meaningful insights.
  • Ability to effectively visualize and summarize workproductfor a variety of audiences.
  • Strong presentation, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Effectively produce visuals to communicateoptions and recommendationstodecision makers.

The following are core responsibilities of this role:

  • KPIs & standard reporting delivered to Senior Bank leadership.
  • Ownership over ad-hoc analysis/insights needed to grow Huntington'sDigital reach.
  • Identify and lead opportunities to standardize across business lines and improve coding practices and analytical techniques.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, mathematical disciplines, finance, economics, or other technical degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics/data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services.
  • Strong knowledge and working experience indatabase querying withSQL.
  • Strong knowledge and working experience in data manipulation tools such asR, or Python.
  • Experience presenting analytical findings to a non-technical audiencetoguide business decision-making.
  • Advanceddegree(Master's, Ph.D., JD, etc.).
  • Experience working with data mining models, structures, theories, principles, and practices, including machine learning, statistics and text mining techniques
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau
  • Experience with AWSSagemakerand Athena
  • Excellent skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics
  • Experience with agentic AI coding tools

Compensation Range:

Total Base Pay Range 93,000.00 - 189,000.00 USD Annual

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
