Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group clinical supervision to Master of Social Work (MSW) students and interns, fostering their professional development.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records in accordance with departmental and health system protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of patients and families to identify their social, emotional, and physical needs, utilizing advanced social work theories and techniques.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop, implement, and monitor individualized psychosocial treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by patients and their families.
  • Engage in case finding for patients and families experiencing psychosocial needs, participating actively in team conferences and interdisciplinary rounds as necessary.
