Overview

This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States with the ability to work EST business hours.

Guide the Business Intelligence Center of Enablement (BI-COE) team that drives the enterprise data and analytics strategy by defining standards, governance, and best practices across BI platforms. Manage user roles, licensing and platform health across Cognos, Tableau and Power BI. Design, develop, and deploy Bl solutions using IBM Cognos, Tableau and Microsoft Power BI. Ensure consistent, secure and efficient delivery of BI Capabilities while enabling business users to develop trusted and high-quality analytics solutions. Provide training, office hours, and documentation to support business users and developers. Monitor adoption, performance, and usage metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Educate and promote use of standard data sources, reusable assets, and visualization best practices. Evaluate and recommend new BI capabilities and platform enhancements. Conduct detailed technical assessments and set the technical direction for projects. Work with business and technical teams to define strategy and approach for solving complicated technical problems. Plan, design, lead, and execute technical solutions and improvements. Advise the business through strategic, data driven recommendations and actionable insights. Guide others in the successful execution and delivery of long term, multi-layered projects and initiatives. Monitor project risks, issues and develop mitigation strategies. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field plus eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or eight (8) years of experience as a Application Developer, Technology Analyst, Systems Engineer or related occupation.

Requires in depth understanding of Business Intelligence architecture, administration, and development experience with the following BI tools: IBM Cognos, Tableau, and MS Power BI. Requires strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, BI architecture, metadata management, and report lifecycle governance. Requires experience in user access management,

performance tuning, and BI Content auditing. Requires proficiency in SQL or another data manipulation programming language. Experience in Business Intelligence Governance, content

management, and user enablement. Requires experience using JIRA and Agile Project Management. Requires experience in developing and implementing Business Intelligence strategies. This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States with the ability to work EST business hours.

The base pay for this position is generally between $150,000 to $199,974 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
