Position Summary: Aetna Resources LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Hartford, CT: Manager, Scrum Master to design, deliver, and drive key technical activities for small, medium, and large IT projects across multiple technical environments. Duties include: develop software solutions to meet business requirements and manage project execution to ensure adherence to schedule and scope; determine feasibility of solutions design and prepare technical design documentation; plan stages of application development to improve functionality and features with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability; coordinate activities pertaining to project direction, goal setting, planning, estimating, agile delivery, project health and reporting, problem resolution and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure project goals are met; monitor progress milestones and deliverables; deliver innovative IT solutions which meet business needs and opportunities by integrating information, business process refinement, and technology; collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices; and mentor junior team members. Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field and completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, or thesis involving each of the following: •\tCI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps; •\tXML, JSON, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript; •\tJIRA, Rally, or Confluence; •\tOracle; •\tSQL; •\tPowerBI and/or Tableau; •\tRelational database concepts; •\tData warehousing; •\tBig data implementation; and •\tCertifications: Certified SAFe4 ScrumMaster (CSM), and Professional Scrum Master I (PSM). Pay Range: $194480.00/year to $203940.00/year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
