Job description

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related subject, and five years’ experience in HRIS or a similar role. An equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the role may be considered for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of PeopleSoft FMS/SCM, HCM, or CS experience.

  • Experience with ERP implementations and production support, particularly in higher education or large enterprise environments.

  • Strong PeopleSoft FMS/FSCM, HCM, or CS 9.2 experience

  • Proficiency with Oracle/PeopleSoft development tools such as AE, PeopleCode, Application Packages, SQR, and Fluid UI

  • Demonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the software development lifecycle

  • 3rd party systems integration experience with clouds and on-premises

  • Must have experience upgrading or implementing PeopleSoft FMS / FSCM, HCM, or Campus Solutions Applications. Building integrations into PeopleSoft from 3rd party systems.

Job Summary:

The Senior ERP Systems Analyst evaluates how well the company's ERP system supports short and long-term corporate objectives while suggesting methods for improvement and increasing efficiency. The analyst is responsible for researching, designing, implementing, and maintaining ERP systems, as well as training employees on changes in systems and related change impacts. This position is responsible for providing advanced analysis and documentation, formulating logical statements of business and management problems, and providing solutions to problems utilizing more efficient operational procedure, workflow, and information technology solutions for institutional activities.

Job Duties:

A PeopleSoft Applications Specialist creates, maintains, and modifies applications, components, and interfaces for the PeopleSoft software suite. They also develop and integrate new PeopleSoft applications and modules.

  • Design, code, configure, support, and test PeopleSoft applications.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across various PeopleSoft applications.

  • Assist with developing and maintaining integrations between PeopleSoft and other applications.

  • Identify and troubleshoot issues during testing.

  • Assist with upgrades and data mapping.

  • Ensure data is protected and users can access it easily.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Preferred 10+ years of technical experience in PeopleSoft FMS/SCM, HC applications, SQL, or related query or programming language. Skills: Customer Service, Communication, Initiative, Teamwork, and Documentation

  • Experience with ERP support and implementations, SQL, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, Fluid UI, Upgrades and Migrations, preferably understanding of Java, APIs, and Object Oriented Development.

  • PeopleSoft FMS/FSCM, HCM, or Campus Solutions 9.2 experience

  • 3rd party systems integration experience

  • Demonstrated experience in leading one or more Oracle implementation/upgrade/systems integration projects in recent versions (i.e., 9.2), Demonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) of certain modules.

  • Customer Service, Communication, Initiative, Teamwork, and Documentation.

Salary Range:

Actual salary commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule:

Remote, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and as needed on occasion
