An HR Systems Analyst is responsible for researching, designing, implementing, and maintaining HR technology solutions, as well as training employees on changes in HR systems and/or processes. A PeopleSoft ERP Systems Analyst is an IS technical expert who supports the Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP) and related PeopleSoft HCM / FMS /CS. This position is responsible for assisting with developing, implementing, and maintaining ERP solutions, while also coordinating with the other technical and functional analysts. This position helps create, maintain, and modify application engines, component interfaces, and external interfaces with PeopleSoft.
