As a Consultant at FrontWell Solutions, you will work closely with clients to implement and manage IT solutions that enhance manufacturing processes. This role involves analyzing client needs, developing tailored strategies, and supporting the execution of IT projects. Your technical expertise in MES solutions (e.g., PAS‐X, Infor) and understanding of manufacturing IT will play a key role in delivering successful outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to assess manufacturing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend IT solutions. Translate business requirements into actionable plans and provide technical guidance during implementation. Support the integration of MES products (PAS‐X, Infor, Tulip, etc.) into existing systems. Assist in managing project lifecycles, including planning, deliverables, timelines, and communication with stakeholders. Participate in system implementation activities such as configuration and testing to ensure functionality and quality. Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to enhance service offerings. Develop documentation, user guides, training materials, and SOPs for implemented solutions. Foster strong client relationships by providing reliable support and ensuring satisfaction. Ensure compliance with industry‐specific regulatory standards.

Qualifications

B's degree in Information Technology, Production Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in IT consulting or similar roles with exposure to MES projects. Proficiency in the German language at B2 level or higher (professional fluency). Solid knowledge of MES systems (e.g., PAS‐X/Syncade/Opcenter) and ERP integration within manufacturing environments. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA regulations, GAMP 5). Strong analytical skills with a problem‐solving mindset. Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed.
