The role ensures smooth delivery of access governance processes, certification campaigns, and system enhancements aligned with First American's Information Security and Compliance objectives

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business and application owners to gather, document, and analyze SailPoint-related business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for SailPoint IdentityIQ configuration and workflows.
  • Coordinate and manage User Access Reviews (UARs) within SailPoint, including quarterly certification campaigns (8-week cycle).
  • Collaborate with Compliance to align SailPoint certifications with regulatory and audit standards.
  • Analyze, document, and support enhancement requests, access policy changes, and role updates in SailPoint.
  • Partner with IAM Operations to triage and resolve production issues related to SailPoint modules, provisioning, and certification logic.
  • Contribute to the automation of manual processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce human error.
  • Coordinate with IAM Development, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of certification cycles and issue resolution.
  • Communicate SailPoint processes, campaign updates, and remediation tasks to business users and application teams.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ modules, certification campaigns, and workflow management.
  • Experience with Identity Governance processes including Access Reviews, Role Management, and Provisioning.
  • Ability to document requirements, process flows, and functional specifications with high accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and application onboarding processes within IAM platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical and functional issues.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams including Compliance, Audit, and IT Operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, preferably with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Pay Range: $85,000.00 - $113,300.00 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
