Familiarity with remote desktop software, operating systems like Windows or Linux, and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is typically required. Strong attention to detail, time management, and effective communication are crucial soft skills for success in this role. These competencies ensure efficient system operations, quick problem resolution, and clear collaboration with team members, which are essential for minimizing downtime and supporting business continuity.
