Our outpatient office model means that you will primarily conduct therapy sessions via secure video chat, providing clients ease and privacy from their homes. We leverage a robust and user-friendly counselor portal that allows our therapists to manage schedules, client interactions, and treatment documentation without excessive administrative burdens.

• Conduct individualized counseling sessions remotely with clients through a secure video platform, focusing on their mental health and personal development.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences, fostering growth and self-awareness.
• Advocate for clients by helping them define their therapeutic goals and empower them throughout their journey toward mental wellness.
• Assess clients' mental health conditions through evidence-based evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans using solution-focused methodologies.
• Document treatment sessions and progress accurately in compliance with state regulations using our streamlined digital systems, minimizing time spent on paperwork.

As a Remote LCPC, you will work with a varied clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our focus is on providing culturally competent and empathetic care to individuals of all backgrounds, ensuring that they feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their therapeutic experience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in your state of practice is required. Candidates with provisional or limited licenses will not be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a caseload autonomously.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the capacity to empathize and connect with clients on a personal level.
• Strong computer literacy for navigating our counseling portal and digital communication tools.

• Experience working in outpatient mental health settings and knowledge of solution-focused therapy approaches are advantageous.
• Background in managing diverse caseloads, particularly with clients experiencing a range of mental health issues.
• Previous online therapy experience is preferred, though not mandatory.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. This position includes comprehensive benefits for full-time counselors, including:
