Our outpatient model means you will primarily engage with clients through secure video chat, providing a modern and effective therapy setting. • Provide individual therapy sessions via video chat aimed at improving clients' mental health.
• Guide clients to express emotions and experiences, helping them understand their thoughts, feelings, and relational dynamics.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining and achieving personal goals.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health conditions to formulate and implement effective treatment plans grounded in a solution-focused approach.
• Maintain up-to-date records of therapy sessions and treatment progress, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Engage in regular professional development to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic modalities and practices.

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults with low acuity levels, as all individuals are pre-screened before being matched with you. This enables you to create focused treatment plans tailored to their specific needs without the complexities often associated with severe mental health conditions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to choose clients based on your areas of expertise and demographic preferences, ensuring a better therapeutic alliance.

• Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of a valid, full, and independent license to practice in Connecticut, specifically as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No disciplinary actions or limitations against your practice are permitted.
• Strong capability in making professional evaluations, recommendations, and treatment planning.

• Proficient computer literacy for managing online therapy sessions, documentation, and communication.
