• Provide individualized counseling to clients via video chat, leveraging your clinical expertise to enhance their mental health journey.
• Facilitate engaging discussions where clients can express their emotions and share their life experiences, assisting them in gaining insight into their behavior and relationships.
• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them to identify and define personal goals that align with their therapeutic needs.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health conditions and develop effective treatment plans that emphasize solution-focused methodologies.

Your clientele will primarily consist of stable adults experiencing low-acuity issues. • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential, as issued by an appropriate state board; limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrated ability to make informed evaluations and professional recommendations for effective treatment planning.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine compassion for the clients you serve.
• Strong proficiency in computer technologies and telehealth platforms, ensuring smooth connection for remote sessions.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a counseling or therapeutic role is required, experience working with low-acuity adults will be a significant advantage. Familiarity with online counseling platforms and teletherapy best practices will also be beneficial.
