• Utilize our all-in-one telehealth platform to schedule and manage client appointments, ensuring an organized approach to your practice.
• Assess and treat clients experiencing low-acuity mental health issues, such as anxiety, mild depression, and relationship challenges, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitate remote sessions through audio and video communication, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Employ goal-setting programs and online journals to help clients articulate their needs and track their progress, thereby enhancing engagement and therapeutic outcomes.
• Create and optimize personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client requirements, utilizing your clinical expertise to guide each interaction effectively.

Your primary focus will be on adult clients who present with stable, low acuity mental health concerns. These clients often seek assistance with conditions such as mild anxiety, depression, ADHD, and grief, as well as relational difficulties. Notably, the platform does not facilitate care for children or individuals with severe mental health challenges, allowing counselors to focus their skills on a specific and manageable patient demographic.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Counseling is required.
• An independent LPC license to practice in the state of Oregon.
• A reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop are essential; tablets are not supported for these services.

• Experience with telehealth is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for those new to virtual counseling.
• A background in working with adults dealing with low acuity mental health concerns will be beneficial.

As a full-time counselor at Advocate Healthcare Services, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year.
