• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video chat, addressing clients' mental health needs through evidence-based interventions.
• Facilitate discussions that enable clients to explore their emotions and experiences, promoting self-awareness and insight into their relationships.
• Act as an advocate for clients by assisting them in defining therapeutic goals and mapping out a path for achieving them.
• Evaluate clients' mental health conditions, and develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused approach.
• Regularly review treatment outcomes and adjust therapy plans in consultation with clients, ensuring that care remains relevant and effective.

Our clientele consists of stable adults who experience low-acuity mental health concerns. Each client undergoes a comprehensive screening before entering therapy, ensuring that you will work with individuals who are ready to engage in counseling and are aligned with your treatment specialties and demographic preferences. This targeted approach empowers you to deliver the best care possible.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Full licensure by the state board without limitations or disciplinary actions to practice independently, specifically as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Strong interpersonal skills complemented by a compassionate nature, fostering meaningful client-therapist relationships.
• Proficient in computer usage and able to navigate telehealth systems and software effectively.

Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating expertise in various therapeutic modalities and effective treatment strategies. Experience with teletherapy is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, which is dependent on your working hours and availability. In addition to this, full-time counselors benefit from a monthly healthcare stipend, a sign-on bonus, and weekly direct deposit for your convenience.
