Our platform enables you to interact with clients through various methods, including audio and video calls, online journaling, and tailored goal-setting tools.

• Deliver individualized therapeutic services to adults with diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and relationship issues.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement effective interventions tailored to client needs, based on your clinical judgment.
• Utilize the telehealth platform’s features to communicate with clients, track progress, and adjust treatment strategies effectively.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards in mental health care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities and participate in peer community discussions to enhance therapeutic techniques.

The clients you will serve typically consist of adults navigating low-acuity mental health issues. These may include anxiety, mild to moderate depression, and adjustment concerns. Notably, our platform does not encompass children or clients experiencing severe mental health crises, ensuring you work within a manageable scope that allows for effective therapeutic relationships.

• A current and fully independent license as a Mental Health Counselor (LCSW or LPC) in Tennessee, free from any disciplinary actions.
• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• A reliable and secure internet connection, with the ability to conduct remote therapy sessions using a computer (laptop or desktop). Tablets are not supported for client interactions.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is highly advantageous, particularly in managing client engagement through digital platforms.
• Familiarity with various modalities of therapy and a track record of adapting interventions to suit individual client needs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a community of professionals, sharing insights and strategies to improve overall client care.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, adjusted based on hours worked and patient load.
