Job description

Busy and growing painting franchise is looking for a sharp motivated person to be our Customer Service Rep. this is a work from home position and requires a motivated self starter.
Your job will include:
Contacting customers
Confirming appointments
Scheduling appointments and estimates
Contacting painting crews
Creating social posts and ads
Answering multi channel customer inquiries
Organizing and reviewing the work and sales calendar with the CEO
You should have:
Basic computer skills
Be able to use social platforms
Be able to use a simple crm system with minimal training
Great organizational skills
Bonus for some graphic and photo editing skills
Bonus for bilingual Spanish soeaker
This is a remote position.
