Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at CRM Counseling, you will:

• Conduct ethical and professional individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to tailor intervention strategies specific to each client.
• Devise individualized treatment plans that align with clients' unique circumstances and therapeutic needs, aiding their journey toward mental wellness.
• Facilitate the development of insights regarding clients' emotions, experiences, and relationships while guiding their self-discovery process.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary, and equipping clients with healthy coping mechanisms for everyday challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health services to stable, low-acuity adults who present a range of psychological concerns. Our goal is to empower clients with the skills needed to enhance their quality of life, promoting self-sufficiency and resilience in facing mental health challenges.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license to operate independently, such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD. Please specify your license and the state of issuance in your application.
• No provisional or limited licenses; candidates with disciplinary actions in their history are not eligible.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that demonstrate empathy and understanding towards clients.
• Strong proficiency in computer literacy, equipped with a computer capable of video conferencing, and a reliable internet connection.
