In this role, you will:

• Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions through video conferencing.
• Employ solution-oriented treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that encompass the diverse backgrounds and challenges presented by your clientele.
• Facilitate discussions that promote client reflection on their feelings, experiences, and interpersonal relationships.
• Track and monitor client progress throughout their treatment journey, adapting approaches to foster the development of healthy coping mechanisms.

You will primarily serve a population of stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking assistance with a range of mental health concerns. This may include anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and relationship issues. To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license that allows for independent practice. Please specify your credentials and state of licensure in your application. Acceptable licenses include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist
• No limited or provisional licenses and a clean disciplinary record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine empathetic attitude.
• Strong proficiency in technology and computer skills, including familiarity with telehealth platforms.
