This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. • Conduct individualized therapy sessions through secure video conferencing, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for clients to express their thoughts and emotions.
• Guide clients in exploring their feelings and life experiences, fostering self-awareness and healthier interpersonal relationships.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in identifying personal goals and developing actionable plans to achieve them.
• Thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health status and create tailored treatment plans employing evidence-based practices aligned with your clinical expertise.
• Utilize our state-of-the-art therapist portal, which provides essential resources, client management tools, and access to a robust support network.

In this role, you will primarily engage with prescreened clients who are stable and exhibit low acuity. This focus allows you to provide meaningful therapeutic interventions while fostering long-term relationships built on trust and understanding. The diversity in client demographics and backgrounds enriches your practice and enhances the therapeutic experience.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An independent license issued by a state board, such as:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Demonstrated ability to make professional evaluations and recommendations for treatment planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
• Proficiency in computer literacy, ensuring comfortable navigation through telehealth platforms and electronic documentation.

• Prior experience in outpatient therapy settings with a focus on solution-based interventions.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and effective digital communication strategies.
• Experience in treating a diverse client population, understanding cultural considerations in mental health care.
