• Engage in compassionate, individualized mental health counseling via secure video chat, effectively establishing a therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Employ evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to guide clients through their mental health journey.
• Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to their challenges and goals.
• Assist clients in gaining insight into their emotions, experiences, and interpersonal relationships to foster self-awareness and healing.
• Continuously monitor client progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure they are aligned with desired outcomes.
• Facilitate the development of healthy coping mechanisms and skills, enabling clients to manage their symptoms and improve overall quality of life.

Your practice will focus primarily on stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for a variety of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and relationship issues. We strive to meet the diverse needs of our clients by matching you with individuals whose demographics align with your therapeutic specialties. This enables you to provide personalized care that resonates with each client's unique circumstances.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, unrestricted state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) that allows you to practice independently; provisional licenses will not be accepted.
• No disciplinary actions against your license, ensuring your ability to provide care without restrictions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, an empathetic demeanor, and a genuine commitment to client well-being.
• Proficiency in technology, including familiarity with telehealth systems and computer literacy, with a reliable computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities.
• An efficient and stable internet connection to support virtual counseling sessions.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling.
• Demonstrated success in developing treatment plans and facilitating therapy sessions remotely.
• Experience with diverse client populations and an understanding of various cultural factors influencing mental health.

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year based on your hours of availability and experience. Additional benefits include a signing bonus, a regular direct deposit schedule, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
