As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients using secure video conferencing technology, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Employ evidence-based treatment modalities, focusing on solution-oriented approaches tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are responsive to clients' changing circumstances and mental health challenges.
• Facilitate insightful discussions to help clients explore their emotions, relationships, and coping strategies.
• Regularly assess client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Utilize minimal paperwork by allowing our dedicated support team to handle administrative tasks.

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline.
• Hold an active, state-issued mental health counseling license (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW, PsyD) enabling independent practice.
• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to support individuals in their mental health journeys.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using technology, including video conferencing tools, for therapy sessions.
• Have a reliable internet connection and access to a computer with webcam and audio capabilities.

While not mandatory, the following experience will be advantageous:

• Prior experience working in a telehealth setting or familiarity with remote counseling.
• Proficiency in adaptive therapy models that cater specifically to diverse client backgrounds.
• Experience in conducting assessments and creating treatment plans for various mental health issues.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, alongside a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
