A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead a remote team focused on IT training, application support, systems readiness, end-user success, and operational technology support. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT leader with strong healthcare technology knowledge, experience supporting clinical and administrative systems, and the ability to improve system stability, data accuracy, compliance, and user adoption in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The IT Manager will oversee a team responsible for application support, end-user training, workflow documentation, system readiness, and day-to-day technology support. This position requires a service-focused leader who can manage priorities, support remote employees, partner with internal stakeholders, and ensure users receive consistent, professional, and high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support a remote team of IT training, application support, and technical support specialists

Oversee the design, development, configuration, and delivery of IT and healthcare application training programs

Support system stability, application readiness, data integrity, workflow efficiency, and compliance requirements

Partner with clinical, operational, administrative, and technical leaders to align IT support and training efforts with organizational needs

Maintain and improve documentation, workflows, training materials, support procedures, and knowledge base resources
