Regional Account Manager
Remote (Canada-based)
~70% Travel
$125Kโ€“$150K CAD + 20% Bonus + Company Car

About the Role
Weโ€™re looking for a hands-on sales professional with experience in shot blast and/or shot peening equipment to drive growth across a defined Canadian territory. This role focuses on OEM equipment sales, while also expanding aftermarket parts, upgrades, and service contracts. Youโ€™ll work closely with engineering, service, and global teams to deliver full-solution sales.

What Youโ€™ll Do
โ€ข Own and grow a regional territory (new + existing accounts)
โ€ข Sell shot blast / shot peening equipment & solutions
โ€ข Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
โ€ข Manage full sales cycle: prospecting โ†’ quoting โ†’ closing
โ€ข Partner with engineering & technical teams on solutions
โ€ข Identify upgrade, retrofit, and aftermarket opportunities
โ€ข Track pipeline, forecasts, and customer activity in CRM
โ€ข Stay on top of competitor activity and market trends
โ€ข Build relationships from shop floor to executive level

What You Bring
โ€ข 5+ years of industrial outside sales experience
โ€ข Strong knowledge of blast equipment / surface prep / peening
โ€ข Mechanical aptitude (you understand the equipment you sell)
โ€ข Experience selling capital equipment or engineered solutions
โ€ข Comfortable with high travel (70%+)
โ€ข Strong communication + relationship-building skills
โ€ข CRM proficiency + solid business acumen
