• Provide individual counseling sessions to clients via video chat, focused on improving their mental health and well-being.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions, experiences, and relationships, fostering self-awareness and insight.
• Act as a client advocate by defining achievable goals with clients based on their unique circumstances and aspirations.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health status and develop customized treatment plans using evidence-based, solution-oriented approaches.

Our client base consists predominantly of individuals who are pre-screened, stable, and experience low acuity mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an independent mental health license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW); limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Strong abilities in professional evaluation and treatment planning, emphasizing tailor-made solutions for diverse client needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and create a safe therapeutic environment.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with teletherapy tools and software.
