Key Responsibilities- Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients through secure video chat technology, ensuring a comfortable and confidential atmosphere.
- Encourage clients to openly discuss their emotions and experiences, facilitating personal insights and self-awareness to improve their relationships.
- Act as an effective client advocate, guiding clients in defining personal goals to address their mental health challenges.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental conditions, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.

Qualifications- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

- Proficiency in making professional evaluations and decisions about treatment planning and execution.

- A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse populations within a counseling setting.
