• Provide clinical services by developing and implementing individualized, recovery-based treatment plans that are centered around the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct continuous assessments of each client's treatment needs to adapt strategies and interventions effectively.
• Assist clients in creating and monitoring personal service plans that support their goals for well-being.
• Guide clients through the development of vital coping, communication, and problem-solving skills to enhance their everyday interactions.
• Educate clients about available community resources and act as an advocate in bridging them to necessary services for holistic support.
• Monitor clients’ symptoms, develop intervention strategies, and provide closure and aftercare planning to promote sustained recovery.

You will primarily work with a diverse range of adults facing various mental health challenges that hinder their capacity to thrive within their communities. Our clients include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions that require compassionate and skilled intervention. As a counselor, your role will be crucial in helping clients regain control of their lives and develop essential life skills.

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current state license by the state board, including options such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean discipline history associated with your license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills along with a sympathetic and understanding nature towards clients' experiences.
• Proficient in using computer applications necessary for documentation and client management.

• Experience providing direct clinical services to diverse populations within a remote or community healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of symptom monitoring and management practices.
• Familiarity with community services and resources to effectively network and support clients.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications, accompanied by an attractive sign-on bonus.
