## Position Overview

As a *Client Service & Sales Representative*, you will meet virtually with individuals who have requested information about supplemental benefits. Your role is to educate clients on available options, answer their questions, and guide them through the enrollment process while providing exceptional customer service.

This is a fully remote position featuring scheduled appointments and *company-provided warm leads—no cold calling or door-to-door sales required.*

## Key Responsibilities

* Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with prospective clients.

* Identify each client's needs and recommend appropriate benefit solutions.

* Explain available plans in a clear, professional, and easy-to-understand manner.

* Assist clients with online applications and enrollment.

* Maintain accurate customer records within company systems.

* Follow up with clients to ensure a seamless customer experience.

* Participate in ongoing virtual training, coaching, and professional development.
