Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify individual client needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families, adapting approaches to suit diverse patient backgrounds.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups that address common mental health challenges, creating a supportive community atmosphere that empowers clients with knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and holistic care for each patient.
• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, demonstrating strong judgment and responsive support to clients in need.
• Educate patients on various mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources within the community to foster empowerment and independence.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development to enhance skills and ensure alignment with the latest advancements in mental health therapy practices.

Qualifications

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a current and valid licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or LCMFT in the state of Maryland.
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic approaches, and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Proven competence in conducting thorough mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans that are responsive to patient needs.
• Experience providing both individual and group therapy across varied populations, with a strong emphasis on empathy and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Demonstrated adherence to professional ethics and boundaries, complemented by sound judgment.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications for efficient documentation and communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multifaceted team dedicated to holistic patient care.

Preferred Experience

At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting is required. Experience with telehealth services and familiarity with remote collaboration tools would also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to this, we provide:
