Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client’s specific needs and formulate personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused approaches.
• Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring you create a safe space that fosters healing and resilience.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other required standards, which protects our client's confidentiality and enhances our commitment to professional ethics.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver integrated care that addresses the complex needs of our clients.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to refine treatment strategies and improve care quality.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources in the community, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.

• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring their treatment goals are met in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania, signifying a commitment to the highest professional standards.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
