Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client’s specific needs and formulate personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused approaches.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring you create a safe space that fosters healing and resilience.
  • Maintain precise clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other required standards, which protects our client's confidentiality and enhances our commitment to professional ethics.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver integrated care that addresses the complex needs of our clients.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
