• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' presenting issues and develop targeted treatment goals based on their unique needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy.
• Create, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans to guide clients toward achieving their therapeutic objectives.
• Foster ongoing collaboration with clients, regularly reviewing progress, and making necessary adjustments to their treatment plans to ensure the best outcomes.
• Uphold confidentiality standards and adhere to all ethical guidelines as mandated in the mental health practice.

As an LCSW, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families coming from various backgrounds. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 104,000, commensurate with experience, accompanied by a competitive sign-on bonus.
