Join our thriving sales team as we revolutionise the event industry through cutting-edge SaaS solutions. As an Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth. Your pivotal role involves fostering strategic partnerships within the event industry, utilising our innovative SaaS platform to address client needs. Your sales acumen will not only fuel your earning potential through rewarding commissions but also contribute to transforming the event landscape with groundbreaking technology.
You will be working on things like :
  • Territory mapping for target accounts and administration of internal systems and the coordination of services efforts/deployment of resources to deliver to client goals.
  • Execution on Inbound Lead management, moving quickly to discovery phase to qualify in or out of customer-fit.
  • Maximise inbound leads to develop Outboand pipeline development programmes to further increase pipeline and bring Swapcard solutions to your given market.
  • Adopt and develop sales best practices, leveraging systems to maximise efficiency while delivering exception sales experience for the prospect.
  • Understand and interpret prospect needs to align solution with requirements focusing on value creation rather than feature function.
  • Develop strong foundational knowledge of product and event tech stack ecosystems.
  • Reliable forecasting and deal transparency as well as reference case development and roadmap inputs will form part of the measures of success for performance assessment. Results both financial and leverage are critical to the success of this role.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of SaaS Sales experience
  • 1+ years of Event Industry experience
  • Skilled in sales basics for Discovery and Negotiation
  • History of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • Exceptional comfort while speaking on the phone/ video conference
  • Persistent, optimistic & charismatic!
  • Fluent in English. Any other languages (especially Spanish) would be appreciated!
  • Eager to adapt to new tools and workflows as well as suggest improvements.
  • Startup mindset - ready to learn and initiate quickly.
  • Open-minded, embraces changes to processes.
  • Appetite for growth, curious to learn new things, and expand skillset!
