You will be working with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. By employing solution-focused practices, you will help these individuals navigate their challenges, promote recovery, and significantly improve their quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Missouri is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in solution-based psychotherapy and therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a strong ability to connect with diverse clients and families.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical social work setting, particularly in addiction recovery or community health.
• Familiarity with remote counseling platforms and electronic health record systems is highly desirable.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
