• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that align with each patient’s individual needs.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other innovative modalities to address mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with ethical regulations and organizational policies, ensuring all documentation reflects the high standard of care expected.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychologists, psychiatrists, and other social workers to provide coordinated patient care.

• Provide education and ongoing support to patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge and tools to enhance their mental wellness.

• Stay updated on current research and emerging trends in mental health to continually enhance therapeutic practices and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The clientele served at our community health clinic includes individuals from various backgrounds facing a range of mental health issues. You will work with children, adolescents, and adults, addressing conditions including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. By utilizing solution-based practices, your contributions will help patients navigate their unique challenges effectively, fostering resilience and improved mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Georgia is essential.

• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapy interventions and an understanding of the principles of solution-based therapy are necessary.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are required to effectively support and engage with patients.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient mental health or community health environments, is preferred.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters and treatment plans is advantageous.
