Job description

SKT Life Agency | Partnered with Symmetry Financial Group

SKT Life Agency is expanding and looking for motivated, licensed life insurance agents who want more control over their income, time, and future. Whether you’re already independent or simply looking for a better support system, we offer what high-performing agents need to grow: warm leads, top-tier carriers, advanced products, and personalized mentorship — all without high-pressure tactics or MLM structures.

If you’re licensed and ready to plug into a proven system, we’ll help you produce quickly. If you’re newer to the industry, we’ll guide you through licensing and training so you can build a strong foundation.

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote – run your business from anywhere
  • Warm leads provided – no cold calling or friends/family pitching
  • Uncapped commission with bonus opportunities
  • Flexible scheduling – part-time or full-time
  • Access to exclusive products including IULs, annuities, and debt-reduction programs
  • Weekly mentorship, sales coaching, and support from a growing team
  • A values-driven culture focused on service, integrity, and real impact

Compensation Overview

Compensation is commission-based. These figures reflect current agent performance and are not guaranteed.

  • Part-Time (15–20 hrs/week): $2,500–$5,000+/month
  • Full-Time (35–45 hrs/week): $7,000–$12,000+/month

What You’ll Do:

  • Advise clients on life insurance and retirement protection solutions
  • Match product options to their family and financial goals
  • Manage applications, follow-ups, and carrier communication
  • Stay compliant with licensing and state insurance guidelines
  • Participate in optional weekly training and team calls

Ideal Candidate:

  • Licensed in Life & Health insurance (actively pursuing a license, or wiling to obtain one)
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, insurance, or client-facing roles is preferred
  • Self-starter who thrives with independence and flexibility
  • Comfortable with remote communication (Zoom, phone, CRM tools)
  • Strong communicator with a client-first mindset

Notes:

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. All compensation is commission-only. There is no base salary or hourly pay. If you are not yet licensed, we can help guide you through the licensing process with affordable pre-licensing resources.

If you're looking for more autonomy, stronger support, and the chance to grow your own book of business — we’d love to connect. Apply today to learn more.
