• Conduct initial assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health challenges and formulate a personalized treatment plan suited to their needs.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions that promote effective coping strategies and emotional healing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to create a holistic approach to patient care.
• Document client progress meticulously while maintaining confidentiality and complying with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Engage and educate clients' families regarding the therapeutic process, fostering understanding and support throughout treatment.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay updated with best practices in mental health care.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Our clientele may include those dealing with relationship issues, communication problems, and family dynamics, all seeking support and solutions for better emotional well-being. As an LMFT, your role will involve empowering clients to work through their unique obstacles and achieve fulfilling personal growth.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential for this position.
• Demonstrated ability to build therapeutic relationships through outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must embody a compassionate and nonjudgmental attitude, understanding the diverse experiences of clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience working with a variety of clinical issues including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and family conflict is preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Proficiency in telehealth practices and software to facilitate remote client interactions.

• Salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
