• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, tailoring personalized treatment plans accordingly.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques during virtual sessions, ensuring secure and confidential interactions with clients.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals, providing consistent guidance and support while adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant methods based on clients' needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, tracking clients' progress and therapy sessions to ensure high standards of care and compliance with state regulations.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. • Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in remote communication, utilizing technology to build therapeutic rapport and effectively address clients' needs.
• A strong foundation in empathy, compassion, and understanding, vital for connecting with clients during virtual sessions.
• Exceptional organizational skills and time-management abilities, enabling effective handling of multiple client caseloads and detailed documentation.

• Experience in working with teletherapy platforms and tools, familiarity with digital therapy methods, and guidelines is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a similar role in outpatient settings or mental health agencies is a plus.
• Specific knowledge of therapeutic practices such as trauma-informed care or integrative treatment strategies is preferred.

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload volume.
